Our center offers easy access to three local hospitals and has established itself as a trusted provider of customized care to local residents and their family members. With only 99 beds, we are able to focus on the individual needs of each resident, creating personalized plans to help them achieve their goals and return home or live comfortably.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medications

  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Monitor and report patient progress and any changes in condition

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and communication

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida

  • 1 years of experience preferred

  • Ability to work per diem (days) schedule

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation care

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

  • $31 - $34 hourly
