Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN)
As an RN within our community, you’ll be a vital leader in ensuring our residents receive exceptional, holistic, person-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:
Accurate Daily Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and precise clinical records.
Medication Management: Transcribe orders, coordinate with the pharmacy, and safely administer medications.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Patient Monitoring: Recognize changes in condition early and implement effective nursing interventions.
Wound Care: Provide skilled wound care and track healing progress.
Family Communication: Educate and support residents and their families with clarity and compassion.
Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all facility protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Additional Duties: Support the care team as needed and as directed by the Director of Nursing or the Administrator.
What You’ll Need
Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Wisconsin
A deep commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent time-management and prioritization abilities
Basic computer proficiency for charting and communication
