Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner reports directly to our Territory Medical Director and are primarily responsible for the provision of high-quality medical care to our patients.
Provide all primary care generally provided at a managed care facility.
100% Outpatient - NO CALL!
Patient Population: Medicare Advantage and fluent Spanish speaking
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and referrals.
