(RN) Unit Manager

Shift: Days
Core Schedule: Monday through Friday

OVERVIEW:

Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced RN Unit Managers to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Address inquiries and concerns from residents and their families promptly and professionally.

  • Review Resident records & quality of care

  •  Maintain the standards of care for the unit

  • Supervise nursing staff and manage unit operations.

  • Conduct case reviews and ensure individualized care plans are followed.

  • Ensure the unit is adequately stocked with necessary medical supplies.

  • Advocate for the unit's interests to upper management.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • A valid RN License is required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Unit Manager role.

  • Strong computer skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
