? What You’ll Do

As a Registered Nurse at Polaris, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring excellent resident care.
Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and overseeing daily resident care in accordance with facility and state standards
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Communicating important updates to physicians, families, and team members
Supervising and supporting CNAs and LPNs
Transcribing physician orders accurately into electronic health records
Educating residents and families about conditions, medications, and care plans
Promoting team communication and continuity of care
Maintaining supplies and ensuring equipment readiness

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Delaware
CPR certification (preferred)
Prior experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing (preferred)
