About the Role

Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking CNAs to assist residents with daily activities, provide basic care, and support our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

✅ Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
✅ Monitor and document residents' activities of daily living and progress
✅ Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible care

Qualifications:

✔️ Current CNA certification in good standing
✔️ Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred)
