Pay rates range from $40.50 to $45.00 per hour based on shift, site needs, hire status, and experience.

 

Full Time and Part Time positions may be available! $5,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time.

We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical care services across Maricopa County. Position Summary: The Director of Nursing will oversee the clinical operations of our Arizona branch, ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients. This leadership role requires a seasoned RN with home health experience who can lead, manage, and grow a clinical team while also handling direct patient care when needed. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of all client care services, ensuring compliance with state regulations and agency standards. Conduct and supervise initial assessments, care plan development, and ongoing case management. Supervise, support, and evaluate RNs, LPNs, PT, OT, ST and Home Health Aides. Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, including OASIS and ICD-10 usage. Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians and interdisciplinary care teams. Monitor clinical performance and participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training clinical staff.
