Day-to-day inpatient operations—staffing, inventory, workflows
Direct patient care and head-to-toe assessments when needed
Real-time communication with physicians on patient status and treatment response
Mentoring and supervising your nursing team, writing performance reports
Process optimization—if something's broken, fix it; if it can be better, make it better
Compliance with nursing standards, Patient Bill of Rights, and Nurse Practice Act

What You Bring

BSN from an accredited program (ADN considered with experience)
Active RN license in good standing
Current BLS, ACLS (PALS a plus)
4+ years Med/Surg or related inpatient RN experience
2+ years supervisory experience
