Job Details Administrative Supervisor PRN (Registered Nurse) Rotating Shift Job Description With a commitment to patient and family centered care, the Administrative Supervisor serves as the hospital operational oversight leader across all shifts in ways that value the uniqueness of each individual and addresses the physiological, emotional, and social needs of the diversity of patients served by Jefferson Health. The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for facilitating patient movement, staffing, emergency management (both medical and facilities), clinical coordination and collaboration across all departments. The Administrative Supervisor plans for, leads, and coordinates the provision of quality care and service from a hospital wide perspective. In the off shifts, the Administrative Supervisor also functions as the liaison for departments that do not have onsite leadership during non-business hours.
