Key Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with daily living activities and provides direct care to support their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility
Turning, positioning, and safely transferring residents
Monitoring and reporting resident condition changes to the nursing team
Supporting hygiene and comfort care between meals
Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment
Contributing to a positive, team-oriented workplace

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
