Duties:

  • Works as a nurse assistant on the floor in a unit performing job duties within their license nursing scope
  • Assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care in an assigned area.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, provides of personal care, emotional support and performs more complex clinical skills under the direction of professional nursing personnel.

Requirements:

  • Completion of course for nursing assistants
  • Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Certification
  • BCLS Certification
  • Minimum six months experience in acute or long term care facility

We are currently looking for:

  • Per Diem
  • 7 AM-3:30PM, 3PM-11:30PM, 11PM-7:30AM Shifts
  • Can work weekends and holidays

Description * This position is located in Broward Health Medical Center* Job Summary Provides direct and indirect care duties under the guidance and direction of the registered nurse (RN).
