MaineHealth Pain Care, Farmington is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate/Assistant to join our well-established practice in Farmington, Maine. This is an outpatient position working in a team-based care model consisting of onephysician and oneAPP with a collaborative approach to care. We foster a collaborative, team-centered environment where every clinic member's voice matter, and patient's outcomes guide every decision.
There is no call coverage, and this is a benefited, full-time, 40 hour per week position.

Minimum Qualifications
Farmington, Maine, is a scenic affordable community in the heart of a four-season recreation. Minimum Qualifications
- Successful completion of accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- One years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience preferred but not required.
- Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
