Ensures continuity and quality of care by providing patient assessment and education, physician assistance, coordination of procedures and effective communication to achieve IHS's standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes.

Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing meeting the minimum standards set by the State of Alabama. Licensure with the State of Alabama as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
