Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our dynamic team at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our leadership team, the ADON will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures
Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and PTs/OTs/STs
Participate in patient care planning and implementation, ensuring that each patient receives individualized care to meet their unique needs
Monitor and report on patient outcomes, satisfaction, and quality metrics
Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
Foster a culture of compassion, empathy, and respect among staff and patients
Requirements:
3 years of skilled long term care required
Strong understanding of nursing practices, regulations, and standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care and exceptional customer service
