We are currently looking for caregivers who have general daytime availability and are able to drive/transport clients is a plus (must have auto insurance in your name) Current Needs: Looking for caregivers willing to work stacked shifts – example: 8a-10am and then 4p-6pm Day shifts on weekends – 8a-5pm Caregivers who have experience working with DDA clients – primarily children HIGH NEED! Paid Travel Time. We pay you for your travel time and mileage in-between clients. Paid Orientation & Training . You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training that is required. Generous Referral Program . Continuing Education . Caregiver Job Duties Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) Cooking and/or serving meals Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments Monitoring and reporting on their condition Additional Information Our hiring process is fast and simple! Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it. Requirements 18 years+ Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely. Our main office is located in Tumwater, and we service Olympia, Yelm, Lacey, Tenino, Rainier, Mason, Shelton, Chehalis, Centralia and the surrounding areas. We will find a client close to the location in which you’d like to work! HCA/CNA certification is a huge plus; however, we offer paid HCA Training! Our HCA training program spans 2 weeks, running Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, at our Tumwater office. Completion of this program is required for candidates who are not currently certified as an HCA or CNA in the state of Washington. Pay: $22.00/hr Current needs: HCA or CNA certified caregivers Caregivers who are able to transport clients in their vehicle – we reimburse mileage! Willingness to perform all levels of care including peri/personal care and transfers, or be willing to learn!
