Position Summary: The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing care and staff on assigned shifts to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to residents. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: · Ensure nursing practices are in compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and professional standards. · Participate in audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives. · Maintain infection control and safety protocols throughout the facility. · Monitor and report incidents or changes in resident conditions per facility policy.
