Responsibilities:

Provide oversight and direction to the clinical team assigned to the unit.
Make rounds with physicians, as necessary.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical tea.m
Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered.
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
Other notable projects and duties, as assigned.

Primary Series of COVID Vaccination Required
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Rhode Island.
A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required;
- Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital or other related health care center.

Range: $79,000 - $114,400.00 per year
