About the LPN Role

Lincoln Crawford Care Center seeks dedicated LPNs to deliver safe, therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge. Collaborate with physicians, families, and the multi-disciplinary healthcare team in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting. Night shift LPNs ensure quality care during overnight hours in a resident-centered environment.

LPN Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care per resident plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation
Supervise day-to-day activities of Nursing Assistants
Monitor resident conditions and notify physician of any changes
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and long-term care regulations

LPN Qualifications

Nursing degree from an accredited program or college/university
