Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN)

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents following established care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the physician
Supervise and guide Nursing Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
Complete clinical documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulation standards
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide resident-centered care

Qualifications and Requirements

Nursing degree (ASN, BSN, or diploma) from an accredited college or program
Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or valid multi-state RN license
Current CPR certification
Strong understanding of clinical nursing principles, long-term care regulations, and quality standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to provide exceptional care
