YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule, with 24-hour on-call support to meet resident needs.

YOUR DAY

As our Director of Nursing Services, you'll wear many hats-leader, mentor, advocate, and innovator. Here's how you'll make a difference:

Oversee resident health assessments and create individualized service plans
Ensure excellence in medication management and staff competency in administration
Train and educate care staff while coordinating outside training as needed
Lead resident care meetings and quality assurance reviews
Foster open communication with residents, families, staff, and healthcare partners
Collaborate with therapists, dieticians, and specialists for a holistic care approach
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

Current RN or LPN license in Nevada
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
2+ years' leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care
CPR and First Aid certified
Strong knowledge of nursing standards and compliance requirements
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A sincere dedication to serving seniors
