Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

  • Monitor and document resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure resident well-being.

  • Provide leadership and supervision to LPNs and STNAs during shifts.
