Your Role:

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice
  • Collaborate with a team to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for residents
  • Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, and report changes to the Director of Nursing
  • Promote restorative care to encourage residents’ independence and well-being
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all nursing care provided
