Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one nursing care for a student diagnosed with PRM3 Myopathy.
Monitor and assist with oxygen support and manual wheelchair needs throughout the school day.
Collaborate with school staff, family, and healthcare providers to support the students health and educational goals.
Maintain accurate health records and compliance with school nursing protocols.
Respond to medical emergencies and administer medications as prescribed.

Qualifications:

Valid New Jersey RN licensure/certification is required.
Proven experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing preferred.

Position Details:

Location: Newark, NJ (Elementary School)
