  • JOB SUMMARY
    • Provides prescribed medical treatment ordered by the physician, places in exam room obtaining vital signs and chief complaint, assists physicians and nurses as required. Serves as a mediator between physician and patient. Attendance is an essential function of this job. Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough pre-vaccination assessments to identify contraindications and assess the patient's overall health status. Educate patients about the benefits and potential side effects of vaccines, addressing any concerns or questions. Follow policies and procedures for allergic reactions and emergencies while on site, thorough knowledge and understanding of the use of emergency supplies and epi-pen usage if necessary. Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting vaccine administration details and any adverse reactions.
