Lone Star Neonatology is seeking board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our busy practice covering 7 Medical City facilities in the DFW area. The practice prides itself in delivering quality excellence, strong clinical skills and work-life balance. The NICUs range from Level II-IV, majority being  Level III facilities and have a continuous MFM referral base. Our collaborative team consists of skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Neonatologists covering several Medical City NICUs in the Dallas Metroplex. You would join a collegial team of NICU specialists who are dedicated to achieving the best patient outcomes by implementing and practicing evidence- based medicine.

Opportunity Highlights:
  • Schedule is a rotation of:
    •  24-hour inhouse coverage (majority) with physician on call
    •  9-hour coverage at facilities with 24-hour inhouse physician coverage
  • Proficiency in procedures: PICC line, intubations, etc. preferred
  • NNPs are able to practice at the top of their license
  • Great collaborative culture both between neonatal team and larger care team
