Nights 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Wage Range: $38 - $50 per hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:
Monday -Thursday Night $2
Weekend Night $3

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
Performs additional duties as required.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Current CO Nursing License.
Prior experience in geriatric care strongly preferred.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.

Are you an experienced Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) living in Minnesota looking to support RN Directors of Health Services in Assisted Living Senior Communities by working in a remote, part-time role? In this RN After Hours role, your primary job is triaging calls from clinical staff for emergency situations. This position is actively working the entire shift answering calls and completing documentation from calls. This role is an extension of the site DHS. You will be expected to reach out to hospitals, families, providers, and at times site directors to coordinate care. In this role, you will be required to become licensed in IA, ND, FL and CO , too and get a TB gold blood test.
