About the Position:
We are currently hiring a dedicated RN/LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 8-year-old female child in the Latrobe area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home & school environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include:

Medication administration
Blood glucose monitoring
Monitoring ketones
Plan meals/exercise
Assist with feeding

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 7 hours/day to accompany child to school
No weekends required

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience with Diabetes Mellitus (DM)
Experience with Dexcom & Omnipod
Pediatric experience
CPR certification (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered
Reliable transportation
