Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Unit Supervisor to join the team. This role will be Full-Time, Day shift from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm with a rotating weekend. Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance is available for external candidates who qualify!

CATS Inpatient Treatment is a 25 bed unit, medical detox for adult patients (ages 18 and up).

The Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor serves as a front line leader who is accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to quality and best practices to improve the clinical operations of the unit. Minimum Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience.
Education: BSN or ADN - If ADN then complete BSN within 5 years of start date
BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association required
RN licensed, and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skill and the ability to display a caring demeanor towards others. Proficient computer skills required.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous critical care or acute care experience preferred.
