Salary Range: $29-$47

Special Program (Weekend Crusader): Make $50/hr if you commit to working 5 weekends in a row. Minimum of 2 shifts per weekend. The 6th weekend is off. Special Weekend rate Only.

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.

Position Requirements

Education Graduate from credentialed school of nursing
Certification/Licensure: Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.

The Nursing Supervisor performs responsible supervisory and professional work in directing and coordinating all nursing units. The individual must have had advanced training and broad nursing experience including supervisory duties. The work requires administrative ability, knowledge of training techniques, ability to adapt techniques and procedures in accordance with unusual situations, and the exercise of initiative and good judgment.
