About the Role

NurseCore is seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide supplemental staffing support at a Skilled Nursing Facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work flexible shifts while delivering high-quality care to residents in a professional healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs and responses to care.
  • Assist with wound care, tube feedings, and other skilled nursing tasks as required.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and state guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:­

  • Current and valid LVN license in the state of California.
  • Minimum of [X months/years] clinical experience (preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting).
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
