Position Overview

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 support for students ages K21 with medically fragile needs. This role includes daily medical assistance and transportation support.

What Youll Do

  • Provide 1:1 medical care to students with complex needs
    (including seizure care, diabetic support, g-tube care, medication administration, mobility assistance, etc.)

  • Support the student during AM and PM bus rides

  • Monitor and respond to health needs throughout the school day

  • Maintain accurate health documentation

  • Work independently with no onsite nursing supervision

What You Need

  • Active Tennessee LPN license

  • Comfortable working with medically fragile students

  • Strong assessment and communication skills

  • Reliability and ability to work consistent per-diem shifts
