Key Responsibilities:

Conduct blood sugar and CGM checks for students as per individual care plans

Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student health and wellbeing
Document and report health information accurately in a timely manner
Respond promptly to diabetic emergencies following established protocols

Qualifications:

Current LPN or LVN licensure in good standing
Experience working with pediatric populations preferred, especially in school or clinical environments
