Requirements and Qualifications:

Position highlights Hem-onc APP experience required; peds hem-onc experience highly desirable 4 shifts a week depending on clinical needs APP Manager will supervise a team of 25 peds hem-onc APP's, providing inpatient and outpatient care in the pediatric hem-onc service line Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor patient care provided by Advanced Practice Providers. Oversee competency assessments and clinical skill improvement opportunities. Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care. Perform quality assurance studies and assist with the implementation of quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
