Position Overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a critical role in providing high-quality care to residents. You will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor health, and support the nursing team in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Serve meals and provide nourishment between meals as needed
Ambulate, turn, and position residents safely to prevent injury
Monitor residents’ health and promptly report changes to nursing staff
Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with the nursing team to provide resident-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Massachusetts
