Our Gresham Branch services Maywood, Hazelwood, Fairview, Troutdale, Boring, Sandy, Corbett and nearby surrounding areas! We are hiring for full-time schedules – must be willing to work a set schedule. No on call positions available. 

Current Needs

Shifts starting at 8am, 9am or 10am and go until 10pm

Days and evening available

Lead caregiver needed

Bilingual a plus

Experienced caregiver needed 9p-5p every day of the week

$20-$21 per hour

Current Needs:

  • Full time schedules available! Must be open Monday through Friday from 8a-5pm.
  • Most shifts start between 8am-10am. *no 6am or 7am start times*
  • Flexibility to work weekends – either Saturday or Sunday. 
  • Caregivers willing to work with clients who smoke (both indoors and outdoors)
  • Caregivers willing to work with pets in the home
  • Must have driver license and willing to drive clients in your vehicle required
  • Split shifts 8am-12pm then 5pm-9pm

Caregiver Job Duties 

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): 

  • Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) 
  • Cooking and/or serving meals 
  • Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom 
  • Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies 
  • Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments 
  • Monitoring and reporting on their condition 

Additional Information 

  • Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! 
  • Oregon only – If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings! 

Requirements 

  • 18 years+ 
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.
  • Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.
  • Ability to pass a state and national background check 
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record 
  • Able to transport clients in your own vehicle – millage is paid 
  • Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed 
  • Bilingual a plus
