Position: House Supervisor- Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Toledo, Ohio

Schedule: Full-time Night Shift (12-Hour Shifts)Compensation: $91,800 to $114,100 per year

Sign-on bonus: $15,000

Responsibilities

  • Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
  • Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
  • Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
  • Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
  • Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
  • Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
  • BSN is preferred.

Requirements • Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. • Current licensure to practice professional Nursing in the State of Ohio. • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required. • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required. • Specialty certification in Nursing Executive Leadership strongly preferred. • Participation in nursing and/or hospital committees. • Delegation of work assignments for patient care.
