What you can expect from this role
- 10 Bed Unit that delivers life saving care for diagnosis including Septic Shock, Cardiac Arrest, Respiratory Failure, Multi-Organ Failure, DKA, and AMS
- Team-based nursing model (1:2 ratio)
- Self-scheduling unit in 6 week blocks
- Specialty Classes including: CRRT, ACLS, EKG, ECCO, Rapid Response Training
- Continuing education scholarships - including conferences, certification, licensure
- Part-time (0.6 FTE) night shift; 2 shifts a week
- Certification pay available
- Additional PTO for night shift offered
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
- Experience: 1+ year RN Experience; highly preferred in ICU
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
