Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care
Salary: $50 - $52 per hour

As an RN, you will be a key part of our care team, ensuring the well-being, comfort, and safety of our residents. We're seeking candidates with strong leadership, excellent communication, and organizational skills, who are dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update patients’ medical records while monitoring vital signs.
  • Supervise nursing staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and workflow.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, nursing assignments, and patient care plans.
  • Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure efficient processes.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the nursing team.
  • Collaborate with doctors and administrators to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Communicate policy or procedural updates to staff in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Record patient care activities and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies or unexpected issues.
