Position Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our growing team as Personal Care Assistants. In this role, you will provide hands-on assistance and companionship to clients, helping them maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bathing and personal hygiene

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed

  • Support safe ambulation and mobility

  • Perform range-of-motion exercises and simple physical activities

  • Monitor and document vital signs, including temperature

  • Ensure a safe and clean living environment

  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry

  • Offer companionship, including conversation, reading, and letter writing

  • Observe and report any changes in client condition to your supervisor

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans

  • Adhere to privacy policies and infection control procedures

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

  • Ability to read, follow written care instructions, and document services

  • Current CPR certification

  • Willingness to complete required state and federal training

  • Prior caregiving experience preferred (1+ year), but not required
