Position Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our growing team as Personal Care Assistants. In this role, you will provide hands-on assistance and companionship to clients, helping them maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing and personal hygiene
Provide medication reminders
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed
Support safe ambulation and mobility
Perform range-of-motion exercises and simple physical activities
Monitor and document vital signs, including temperature
Ensure a safe and clean living environment
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Offer companionship, including conversation, reading, and letter writing
Observe and report any changes in client condition to your supervisor
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
Adhere to privacy policies and infection control procedures

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
Ability to read, follow written care instructions, and document services
Current CPR certification
Willingness to complete required state and federal training
Prior caregiving experience preferred (1+ year), but not required
