About the Position:
We are currently hiring a dedicated RN/LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 13-year-old male child in the Monongahela area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include:

Ventilator management
Trach care and suctioning
G-tube care and feedings
Seizure monitoring
Medication administration
Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Monitoring and documentation
Communicating with family and healthcare team

Schedule:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Pediatric and trach care experience
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered
