Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely daily documentation of all resident care, assessments, and interventions.
  • Efficiently and accurately transcribe physicians’ orders onto MARs (Medication Administration Records) and treatment sheets.
  • Coordinate effectively with the pharmacy for new orders, changes, and refills, ensuring the timely procurement of necessary medications.
  • Prepare, administer, and precisely document all medications as ordered by the physician, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and perform all other essential nursing duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
