We are seeking a Scheduler who is an organized and motivated individual (QMA) to handle the scheduling needs of our nursing department. This individual will be responsible for scheduling appropriately and finding replacements for call offs (weekend included).

This opportunity is appropriate for an individual who is energetic and self sufficient.

Other responsibilities/requierments for Scheduler include:

  • reviewing employee time cards to ensure accuracy
  • tracking call-offs
  • pre-screening potential job applicants, and calling job applicants to set up interviews
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly, prioritize assignments, and manage workflow is essential for this position
  • MUST be willing to work the floor, when needed

This individual will report directly to the director of nursing.

**LPN Required**

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.

Prior experience in long term care is a plus but not necessary.
