Shift: Nights

Salary Range: Experienced based pay starting at $40.50/hr PLUS shift differentials that includes $2 for Evenings, $1.50 for Nights and an additional $1 for Weekends!

What will I do in this role with Garden Spot?

As an RN Supervisor, supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in assessing resident care needs and implementing appropriate action
  • Implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Supervise staff for nursing department
  • Supervise the quality of nursing care provided to residents

  • Registered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a licensed registered nurse.
  • Possesses initiative, judgment, dependability, and leadership skills.
  • Possesses the ability to work cooperatively with others and is able to delegate wisely.
  • Possesses the ability to teach skills necessary to the appropriate completion and documentation of necessary information.
  • Possesses basic computer data entry skills.
