Required Qualifications

  • Education sufficient for licensure.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
  • 1 year Long term care or related geriatric experience.
  • Experience working with the frail and elderly.
