Adventist Health Columbia Gorge is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgery Department on a per diem basis. This position is an ONA-represented role with no guarantee of hours. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional perioperative care, ensuring patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgical procedures. Working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team, this nurse will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Job Summary

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment. This position is represented by ONA.
