Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Social Workers, Case Assistants, and interns through individual and group supervision. Program & Client Oversight: Coordinate client intakes, assessments, eligibility screenings, and referrals; ensure timely case follow-up and delivery of caregiver support services. Compliance & Reporting: Monitor program deliverables, outcomes, and documentation to meet all NYC Department for the Aging (DFTA) and funding requirements.
