Evening and Overnight Supervisor Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight or Evening Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team during evening and overnight shifts, ensuring that the highest level of patient care is maintained at all times
Conduct ongoing assessments of residents' needs and develop individualized care plans to achieved optimal outcomes
Collaborate with other departments, including therapy and social services, to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care
Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among staff members
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, and respond to emergencies as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care and treatment plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care

Requirements:

Current Georgia Nursing License (RN) with a minimum of 0 years of experience
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff members and residents
Ability to demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to excellence
Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
