Required Job Qualifications:

Current state of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure required.
Current state of Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse- Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist licensure required.
Graduate from an accredited CNS educational program with a Masters or Doctoral nursing degree.
The CNS’s education and specialty board certification must correlate with the job role, setting, responsibility and patient population.
BLS validation required.

PLANS THE DELIVERY OF NURSING CARE FOR PATIENTS IN COORDINATION WITH THE HEALTHCARE TEAM
