Pay: $32-$35/hr

Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am Sunday - Thursday

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Must currently be licensed as a Licensed Nurse by the PA State Board of Nurse Examiners. Must be knowledgeable of nursing, medical practices and procedures. Must be knowledgeable of State and Federal Regulations for Long Term Care. Employment is contingent on completion of all pre-employment checks inclusive of a criminal background check and Medicaid Exclusion Screening, both indicating negative results. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Know and support the philosophy, goal and objectives of the Nursing Department. Supervise Nursing Assistants and Staff Assistants.
