Description:
The Outpatient Non-Oncology Infusion Nurse Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating of nursing activities and patient care outcomes within the infusion center. This role ensures the coordination of clinical, operational, and financial functions to support high-quality, efficient care delivery.Key responsibilities include evaluating and managing staffing needs, maintaining appropriate inventory of patient care supplies, and ensuring adherence to fiscal and performance excellence standards. The Nurse Supervisor collaborates with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians, nursing staff, and pharmacy—to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate a patient-centered care model. Position plays a key role in developing and executing infusion service strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and driving new business initiatives. The Nurse Supervisor supports innovation and service line expansion to meet community needs while maintaining excellence in clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
